  • Payment is required before the session begins.
  • A R500 deposit via instant EFT / PayShap is required for all new clients to secure a booking. The outstanding balance is paid in person.
  • The deposit is non-refundable. If you cancel, your appointment can be moved to the next suitable available slot.
  • If I need to cancel, your deposit will be refunded in full via PayShap after your refund details are received.
  • Appointments may be cancelled without refund if you are disrespectful, disregard the stated rules and boundaries, or provide false booking information.

How do I confirm an appointment?

Complete the booking form and continue to WhatsApp. Your appointment is confirmed only after it has been accepted and any required deposit has cleared.

Is a deposit required?

Yes. A non-refundable R500 deposit is required for all new clients. It secures the appointment and is deducted from the calculated total. The remaining balance is paid in person.

Is parking available?

What happens if I arrive late?

A cancelled booking may be moved to the next suitable available slot by prior arrangement. Deposits are non-refundable, and rescheduling remains subject to availability.
