Eligibility & Appointments
Website content and services are for adults aged 18 and over. Visits are strictly by confirmed appointment only.
Pending Requests, Confirmation & Deposit
Submitting the website form creates a Pending booking request only. A booking becomes Confirmed only after the request has been accepted and any required deposit has cleared. New clients are required to pay the stated R500 deposit.
Payment
Cash, instant EFT and PayShap are accepted. Deposit is payable by instant EFT and PayShap only. Payment is required before the appointment begins.
Cancellation, Rescheduling & Late Arrival
Deposits are non-refundable. A cancelled booking may be rescheduled to the next suitable available time by prior arrangement. Late arrival may shorten the appointment so that later bookings are not delayed.
Conduct, Boundaries & Safety
Respectful behaviour and compliance with the published boundaries are required. An appointment may be declined, cancelled or ended where rules, boundaries, safety requirements or respectful conduct are not maintained.
Health
Please do not attend while unwell. Clients are responsible for providing accurate information that may affect the safety or suitability of an appointment.
Changes
Rates, hours, availability and policies may be updated. The information displayed at the time a booking is confirmed will apply unless otherwise agreed in writing.
